Christian, even if you think you are, you’re not single

My fellow princesses in the Lord who say you’re single, may I lovingly remind you that you’re not. Jesus Christ is your husband.

“Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, ‘Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples do not fast?’ And Jesus said to them, ‘Can the wedding guests mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast.'”(Matthew 9:14-15)

Notice how Jesus called Himself the Bridegroom.

“Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready.” (Revelation 19:7)

“‘When that day comes,'” says the Lord, ‘you will call me ‘my husband’ instead of ‘my master.’” (Hosea 2:16 NLT)

“I will make you my wife forever, showing you righteousness and justice, unfailing love and compassion. I will be faithful to you and make you mine, and you will finally know me as the Lord.” (Hosea 2:19, 20 NLT)

So dear princesses, be faithful to your Husband. Keep your eyes on Him. Don’t be scopin’ out your fellow brothers in the Lord. Let your heart be fully the King’s before you give it to one of His princes. And make sure your Heavenly Daddy has brought you this worthy prince. Trust in Him, not your looks (or an online dating website), to bring you your prince. Trust me, He knows what’s best, and the last thing you want is to get stuck with a toad.

Until next time, know your worth.

Love,
Princess Natasha
